(Book by Jon Hartmere, Jr. and Damon Intrabartolo; lyrics by Hartmere; music by Intrabartolo.)

bare, a pop opera, is a rock musical focusing on a group of coed students at a Catholic boarding school who are wrestling with identity, sexuality and religion, as well as other trials of adolescence. bare centers on the secret relationship that blossoms between two male students: charismatic golden-boy Jason and sensitive, soulful Peter. Slowly their secrets come to light and their friends become entangled in the controversy. bare is a provocative and raw look at today’s teens, capturing the turmoil and electricity of youth and first love with heartbreaking honesty and heartfelt emotion.
